COII strives to be a leader in home wellness, from the home design to the community design. Keeping all materials and what they are composed of in mind as we design our homes. Designing a community that is a positive, healthy and fun place to be.
Cost Effective
At COII we are designing homes to be long term cost effective, and in doing so accomplishing our other goals of sustainability and wellness. COII Homes will be high quality builds with products that have been proven to last!
